In Costa Rica on the Caribbean coast, the National Park Gandoca Manzanillo, bedrooms, whole house, independent house for two, "casita"

- 4 comfortable rooms each equipped bathroom-toilet giving access to a large communal lounge and kitchen, safe, garden, terraces and hammocks corner

- flag with independent large upstairs bedroom, bathroom and toilet, large balcony overlooking the garden and forest on the ground floor, large room with kitchen and dining

- the "casita" (see "Casita Moabi" ) built in the style of traditional Indian homes on 3 levels of 60 sqm each, you will find:

• the ground floor: dining room, kitchen, shower (hot water) and toilet
• 1: room with 2 single beds, hammocks and lounge area
  
• second: room with 1 bed for 2 and 4 windows that allow you to be at the heart of the forest life.
  

All this amidst a beautiful garden lovingly maintained and flowers with the jungle around (monkeys, toucans, sloths and parrots in the garden as neighbors ..) at 200 m from a beautiful beach where you'll (almost ) alone in the world.

Food shops and restaurants 5 minutes walk .
6 km from Puerto Viejo , all village services (doctor, bank, post office, pharmacy, shops).

Possibility of guided tours, surfing, wildlife viewing, snorkeling (see leisure activities ) ...

- Facilities:
6 burner gas stove and oven, microwave, mini-oven, Washer, Dryer, Safe, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils.

- Sheets and towels provided.

- Access internet via wifi

- All rooms are "no smoking" but smoking is allowed, for the inveterate on terraced villa. The casita for its composition made entirely of wood and natural materials is entirely "no smoking".

- In principle, the rooms are available from 1:00 p.m. the day of your arrival and must be vacated by noon on day of your departure .

Cancellation Policy:
Refund of deposit if you cancel at least 90 days before the date of booking (or other paypal fees deducted).
50% refund of deposit if cancellation occurs between 90 and 60 days before the date of booking (or other paypal fees deducted).
No refund in case of:

• dedicates less than two months before the date of arrival, no show
• ,
• cancellation of part of the stay during the stay.
